Nearly 70% of North County Fire’s calls are medical emergencies. That’s why Cole is committed to maintaining and improving one of the best EMS programs in the state. It’s about saving lives, closing gaps in care, and delivering top-tier service across every community.

- Maintaining ALS trained paramedics on every engine and ambulance
- Supporting rapid ambulance response times across all communities
- Continuing mutual aid and boundary-drop programs to speed service delivery
- Backing the JPA with Fallbrook Regional Health District to close gaps in care
- Investing in public access AEDs and community CPR/first aid awareness
- Protecting customer service excellence with continued outreach and accountability

Search & Rescue Readiness: Cole believes first responders should have the tools and training to save lives, no matter how remote the emergency.

North County Fire doesn’t just fight fires — it rescues lost hikers, responds to natural disasters, and saves lives in some of the toughest terrain in California. Cole is committed to keeping our search and rescue teams ready for anything.
